Terms of Service

Zlux provides proxy access to AI coding tools. We forward your requests through official channels to upstream AI service providers and return their responses to you. Zlux does not provide AI model capabilities itself — all model capabilities come from upstream providers.

Supported tools include but are not limited to: Claude Code (Anthropic), Codex (OpenAI), and Gemini CLI (Google). The supported tools and models may be adjusted at any time, and we will publish the latest list on our website.

You must register a Zlux account to use our service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API Keys. You must not share them with others or use them for unauthorized purposes.

Any losses resulting from compromised account credentials are your responsibility. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

If associated accounts (multiple accounts registered by the same user) are found engaging in violations, we reserve the right to apply the same enforcement actions to all associated accounts.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Zlux, including those of your jurisdiction and the People's Republic of China. You are responsible for ensuring that all content transmitted through our service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use Zlux for the following purposes: generating content that violates laws or regulations; abusing, attacking, or reverse-engineering upstream APIs; reselling, redistributing, or commercially providing Zlux access to third parties; any behavior that may harm Zlux or other users.

You must comply with the terms of use of upstream AI service providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.). Any complaints, disputes, or losses arising from your violation of upstream provider terms are your sole responsibility.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and consumed credits will not be refunded.

Zlux operates on a prepaid subscription model. Credits purchased with your plan are valid during the plan period. Unused credits will be automatically cleared upon expiration and cannot be extended or transferred.

If you have not used any credits, you may request a refund by contacting support within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are not available after 24 hours or once credits have been used, except where required by law. Plan pricing and content may be adjusted, and we will notify you in advance via our website or email.

You can check your balance and usage details in real time through the Dashboard. If you have any billing disputes, please contact support within 30 days of the charge. Failure to raise an objection within this period will be deemed as confirmation.

Code and content you generate through Zlux belong to you. Zlux does not claim any rights over your generated output.

Zlux's brand, website design, and technical implementation are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or imitated without permission.

Zlux relies on upstream AI service providers' APIs to operate. We strive to provide highly available service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime from upstream providers. Zlux is not liable for service interruptions caused by upstream provider policy changes, API failures, or force majeure events.

Zlux makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, security, or suitability of code or content generated through the service. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated output. Zlux is not liable for any losses caused by use of generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zlux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Zlux's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the service fees you have actually paid in the preceding 1 month.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of our services at any time. Price adjustments or significant feature changes will be communicated in advance via website announcements or your registered email.

If Zlux proactively terminates the service, unused remaining credits in your account will be refunded proportionally. Credits consumed due to account termination caused by user violations will not be refunded.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
